I first met Barbara three years ago. I had recently moved to Noosa from South Australia and had bought myself a Maltese Shiatsu puppy who I called Sophie. It had come time to have Sophie clipped and groomed so I enquired at the local pet shop as to who I might go to and they gave me Barbara’s number. I rang her and made a time to take Sophie around. Barbara was working from home at the time and any apprehensions I may have had about leaving Sophie with a stranger were soon allayed. Barbara met us the front gate with a big smile on her face and I was soon ignored by both Barbara and Sophie. Here was a lady who obviously loved dogs and it would appear that Sophie felt the same about Barbara. On instructions to return in about two hours I left not knowing how much it was going to cost to get Sophie groomed which really didn’t matter as I was happy in the knowledge that she was in good hands and would be well looked after. When I picked her up two hours later it goes without saying that she looked a million dollars.
Since then Sophie has been a regular visitor to Barbara both at the house and now at the new salon in Project Avenue, Noosaville. I have no doubt in my mind that Sophie looks forward to these meetings as she jumps out of the car without her lead and heads straight to the front door of the Salon where either Barbara or her husband Gary greet us. In the three years that we’ve been going to Barbara’s it has never once crossed my mind to consider taking Sophie to any of Barbara’s competitors even if they may be closer to where I live.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Barbara and Gary at Dogs On Grooming to anyone who has a dog that needs clipping or grooming knowing full well that they would be hard pressed in finding anywhere better.

We have been going to d.o.g for over 5 years and have always been very happy with the grooming our Monte has received.
On occasions Monte has been horribly matted and scruffy but has returned to us always immaculate and gorgeous.

We have always found Barbara and Gary very helpful, courteous with a smile.
This is our second dog we have groomed at d.o.g, and he had a problem with other dogs, but they managed to fit him in with the others well.

Gus and I love going to visit Barb & Gary at d.o.g Gus happily runs in off his lead and I am always happy with the job they do. When I go to pick him up he is happily playing with the other dogs and roaming free in a safe environment (NO cages here!).
